Gayle gained my absolute trust (a rare thing). She is incredibly astute, gets to the heart of things and lovingly helps you get the best out of yourself whilst refusing to let you get away with unhelpful behaviours and beliefs.

I’ve always found Gayle’s ability to cut through the noise and pinpoint the key issues – or more importantly, facilitating me to do that for myself, to be a key strength. Together with her ability to tackle any issue I brought to the table, I always find our sessions added real (evidenced) value to me and my teams (and even my family).

Gayle is very adaptable – the ease and comfort with which she moves between topic areas (strategy, people, business, personal) – she has been able to stretch my thinking, no matter the topic.

Gayle has a genuine interest in what I do, what I need, who I am, how I think, my strengths and weaknesses. Understanding these aspects and building on strengths and assisting with problem solving is an outstanding skill.
